I have been thinking a lot about, and fantasizing a lot about getting inside my sub's mouth: clamping down their tongue, locking their jaw in place.
The custom locking rubber coated Jennings gag that PG brought for our first session is a great start, but I want to take gagging and mouth bondage to the next level.
A story that TheNewGuy shared with me recently which involved some fishing tackle also set the fantasy in motion...
I think that the kind of helplessness felt when you have no control over your mouth is disturbing and scary in a very primal way. I want to get in there.

I absolutely *love* anything to do with "mouth play". It's a huge turn on for me. I particularily love inflatables. I once had a latex bondage scene where she had an inflatable gag inserted in my mouth and strapped in tightly. Periodically, she'd pump it up, one pump at a time, with a pause after each one to wait for (and enjoy) my reaction. She'd do this until it got very uncomfortable as evidenced when my mmms turned into whimpers. She'd leave me suffering with the gag like that for a few moments, deflate it and move on to tormenting me somewhere else for a short while (long enough to make me think she'd forgotten about the gag), then she'd start the whole inflating process again...very hot...I've often thought about how erotic it'd be for someone to take 'mouth play' to the next level, using many gags and devices to torment the hole that often gets overlooked...

In my experience, each human body has some specific "parts" which it seeks to "protect" at all costs. The mouth is one of them. Thus, forcing it to stay open with a Jennings gag, then invading it is an extremely intense trip...

I'm a huge fan of the inflatable gag myself. I like the idea of having that hole completely full and consumed. Often I add some saran wrap around it to reinforce the feeling of restrictiveness. I find it so inviting, that I kiss the gag and nibble on it while its forcing my sub's mouth open.

OOooooooo, a client of mine who is a dentist just read this and e-mailed me the "how to" of serious mouth restriction...ROTFL.... I am soo thrilled...and so many people are SOL...

I have to respond to this thread...
I also am an absolute mouth bondage whore. I can't quite understand why, but the feeling of having my mouth controlled by someone is an intense turn on.
While I like many different types of control, I think my favorite involves open-mouth control and "use". So, for example, I like gags that hold my mouth open, leaving it vulnerable to any type of use and play - - fingers, objects, forced drinking, etc. There is a photo on Ms. Eiger's site of her using a fucksall on someone's mouth...wow.

I also do like the combination of devices that hold the mouth open, combined with other devices that fill it. Dental style gags, ring gags, etc. paired with inflatables or plugs are especially restrictive.
Forced mouth control, for me, is paradoxically freeing. Without the ability to control this part of my body, I actually open up a bit.

I too love the idea of having my mouth controlled that way. It is just such an intense idea and provides all sorts of opportunities for some very controlling or humiliating play!
I have this fantasy about having a Domme use an eyedropper to drip a Domme's pee onto my tongue a few drops at a time, while my mouth is forced open, while another torments me with CBT.

Oooooh It's my first post on ASD and it's such a great question!
My favorite mouth bondage:
I like to use the Jennings gag and have the sub stick the tongue out far as possible. Then I place the tongue between two chopsticks and place rubber bands on the ends of the chopsticks, and voila! Open mouth, immobilized tongue! It is hard for the sub to swallow with the tongue held so still, so I like to tilt the head forward so he drools all over himself.

Nice, I had a similar type used on me before. I might need one of these later on to prevent loud screaming from n/t more intense than needles..(a weaker area that I'm working on).

I actually like to gag and restrict the head/neck at the same time. A simple rope in the mouth with the ends tied to his hands behind his back, or to a body harness is fun.
I WOULD like to get dentist-y and recreate my real-life horror stories. I HATE when they stuff those foam things up against your gums. Or when they take x-rays and jam sharp x-ray papers into your mouth. So much discomfort. And drooling. It would be awesome to do to someone else.

For folks interested in immobilized mouth bondage, here's a link to a webpage by the Dental Organization for Sleep Apnea, showing various interesting mouth gadgets. (I hope they don't take down the webpage if they notice lots of new visitors referred from this link on ASD!)
I'm not sure how one would obtain these items for recreational purposes, but the webpage might at least serve as creative inspiration for additional mouth bondage ideas.
